Mainstream Western medicine is beginning to embrace what Eastern practitioners have known for thousands of years. A truly optimal mental health program relies on the awareness of the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of our healing process. Integrating these levels is necessary, for both change and healing to occur in the Body/Mind. Research has shown that using Body/Centered Therapies as an adjunct to Psychotherapy has profound benefits, especially when using bodywork, yoga, and meditation for Depression, Anxiety, and Eating Disorders.

I have been supporting and working in the Integrative Health field for 25 years now and am fully dedicated to the process that this path brings to each of us individually, as well as, collectively. I have witnessed amazing transformations in the lives of those around me, both personally and professionally.
